2018 Season History
WFA Div.2 Champions!!!
2018 felt like something rare—the kind of season you don’t try to script because it wouldn’t read as believable. It was our last year, though none of us quite said it out loud at the time, and maybe that’s why it carried a different kind of weight. There was a quiet understanding underneath everything: every practice, every snap, every moment mattered just a little more. And what unfolded wasn’t just a winning season—it was a storybook ending.
What we built over 20 years was never just about football—football was the battleground—the place where character got tested and revealed. The real story was always about connection, about the unspoken bond between people. In 2018, that bond circled back on itself. Past and present met in one final run.
Sometimes the most meaningful transitions aren’t about leaving something behind, but about honoring it fully before you do. That season did exactly that. It gave us a way to close the chapter not with loss, but with triumph, gratitude, and a kind of completeness that stays with you long after the final whistle.
