Katie’s been dreaming of playing professional football since she was old enough to count all 4 downs and the sport has been an addiction for her since she played in the street with the boys and earned the nickname “Joanna Montana.”
She played lacrosse and was on the track team in high school and continued to play lacrosse in college. After graduation she played softball to appease her competitive appetite, until ultimately joining the Sharks in 2011. She’s so thankful to Andra and the Sharks for giving her the opportunity to go out there and hit people really, really hard.
Katie is also an avid performer and is an alumna of the On The Spot improv troupe, based in Bloomfield, NJ. Her hobbies include acting, playing and watching any and all sports, and spending time with friends and family.
