Erika Perez always loved football ever since as a little kid and would always play with the boys. She never really played with the girls because they were afraid of getting scrapes and bruises.
In high school she played soccer for William Cullen Bryant High School for 2 years. She went on to win division championships 2 years in a row for handball, played first singles and was named captain. She was named MVP for the 2 years she played in high school.
Outside of school Erika plays in a variety of tournaments within the 5 boroughs. In 2010, she and her partner won a women’s B/C handball tournament. She also took up boxing for a year. She enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with her closest friends and family. Erika works in retail and goes to school full time.
